Fair Usage Policy

Purpose: Swaddesk is designed to manage standard restaurant operations. This FUP ensures that all customers have access to a fast and reliable service.

Prohibited Use:
- Using the POS system for non-restaurant/hospitality commercial activities.
- Automating unnatural volumes of API requests (e.g., scraping, botting).
- Using the service in a way that disproportionately degrades the performance of Swaddesk for other users.

Data Storage Limits: While we offer generous storage for menus and receipts, accounts storing excessive media (e.g., uploading ultra-high-resolution images for every menu item) may be asked to optimize their files or move to a custom tier.

Enforcement: If your usage significantly exceeds the average usage of typical Swaddesk customers, we reserve the right to temporarily throttle your account or ask you to upgrade your plan.
